Some books immediately grab your interest as soon as you begin reading them – and Winter’s Risk is one of these gems. The chemistry between Alex and Martin pops off the page – their verbal bantering is priceless. They have a history of being on opposite sides of most issues, and neither man hesitates from poking at the other’s opinion. But it’s easy to sense that underneath all the verbal banter and genuinely pissed off feelings, Alex and Martin are attracted to each other. All it takes for all their emotions to bubble to the surface is Martin getting seriously injured while out in the forest, and only Alex is there to save him...
