Mama’s Boy is a sweet story of a man who finally cuts the proverbial apron strings that his mother still has him cling onto. Chase meets Rowan, a gorgeous professor, and they take an immediate liking to each other. Their characters are pleasantly uncomplicated and the story is angst-free. Chase and Roman have an agreeable, if not particularly hot, chemistry together and it’s easy to discern that the two men actually like each other and seem to want the same things in life. The story line related to Chase’s mother and how she adjusts when Chase insists she become more independent, also provides a nice surprise to both Chase and the reader...
