Revealing the Beast is the second in Summer Devon’s Solitary Shifter series, but you don’t need to read the first one in order to enjoy the second. Although, after reading the second, I now want to go and get the first :)
In this book, we meet Colt Easton, a varlse shifter – a type of big, deadly cat. In this world, shifters are very rare and they don’t shift (or translate as some call it) in to regular animals, but different species. Colt, however, wouldn’t hurt a fly unless he was protecting someone. Dr Glen is a Veterinarian that is now working with the government to identify shifters, but his motivation is more pure than than – he genuinely wants to help them...
